HotGloo works now with Basecamp and Asana

Ever wanted to create To-dos in HotGloo? We think to-dos are super handy so why not organizing them in a tool that’s already in use for tasks like these. Like forwarding a task to a team member let’s say the copywriter who needs to redo a certain piece of copy in your wireframe?

Finally it’s here, the first major improvement of the feedback/collaboration process. We’ve added three of the most popular project management tools: Basecamp and Asana. From now on you can create To-dos right in Review Mode and send them to your project management tool of choice.

How to send to-dos to Basecamp and Asana?

Basecamp integration

  • switch to “Review”
  • click “Add To-do”
  • select your PM tool of choice
  • (upon first use: click connect and authorize access)
  • select your account
  • select a project
  • select a to-do list
  • add your to-do
  • assign the to-do to a team member and add a due date
  • the to-do will now appear in the to-do stream of the pm tool

This is how a sent to-do will look like in Basecamp.

Asana integration

  • switch to “Review”
  • click “Add To-do”
  • select the Asana tab
  • (upon first use: generate and enter your Asana key to allow access)
  • select your workspace
  • select an account
  • add your to-do
  • assign the to-do to a team member and add a due date
  • the to-do will now appear in the to-do stream of the pm tool

Hope you like this new update. Let us know what you think!
